Emotional Regulation Support for Witnesses
Giving evidence, especially in a formal proceeding, can be intimidating for witnesses. Through the witness support service, witnesses are educated about managing their emotions so the act of testifying is more comfortable, and they can give more reliable testimony. We provide witnesses with information and skills training to help them enhance their emotional regulation and coping skills when giving testimony.
SERVICES
Prep Session
$175/session
Witness preparation sessions are 30 minutes, in person or virtual, where your consultant will teach your witness two emotional regulation skills. Your witness is expected to practice outside of session to increase the efficacy.
Deposition Support
$350/hour
Your consultant will be present at the deposition to support your witness in using learned skills in the moment.
Court Days
$350/hour
Your consultant will be present in court and available to support your witness in using their skills during any breaks and other appropriate moments. Your consultant can testify to the content of witness support.
Lawyer Training
$350/hour
Your consultant will meet with one lawyer and witness to discuss the witness' emotional regulation needs. Your consultant will then meet with the lawyer one-on-one to provide them with four skills that may be of use to their witness.
Package
$3000
This flat fee includes four 30-minute prep sessions and one court day.
Additional Costs

Additional costs and minimums will be outlined in any contract. These include costs for travel time and any other fees that may be incurred.
